Cancellation Policy

1. Acknowledgement of Services I, the undersigned ("Client"), hereby authorize Rolando Garza of Rolo’s Auto Repair ("Mobile Mechanic") to perform diagnostic, maintenance, and/or repair services on the above-listed vehicle at a location mutually agreed upon. 2. Assumption of Risk I understand and acknowledge that the Mobile Mechanic will perform services to the best of their professional ability and in good faith. I also understand that mechanical work inherently involves some level of risk to the vehicle, including but not limited to damage due to prior undiagnosed issues, defective parts, or system failures outside the Mobile Mechanic’s control. 3. Waiver of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Rolando Garza and Rolo’s Auto Repair from any and all claims, demands, damages, or lawsuits (including but not limited to claims of negligence) arising out of or related to: Damages to the vehicle occurring during or after service completion Loss of use, functionality, or value of the vehicle after the mechanic departs Towing, parts, or repairs necessary following any unforeseen issues post-service I expressly agree that I will not pursue legal action against Rolando Garza, Rolo’s Auto Repair, or any of their employees, contractors, or affiliates for any damage, malfunction, or loss allegedly related to the service performed. 4. No Warranty Unless otherwise stated in writing, no guarantees or warranties (express or implied) are provided regarding the longevity, performance, or outcome of any service performed. 5. Entire Agreement This document represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
